The MK107 with the buffer tube folded is very compact! You can fire the gun once without harming it while in the folded position but the gun won’t cycle unless the buffer tube is fully extended. Since the arm brace and buffer tube are not a stock and the gun is registered as a pistol, in the eyes of the law, this is not a folding stock SBR unless you fire it from the shoulder.
