There were a substantial number of components ordered from Toni System for this build. First on the list was the handguard. I went with the 16.5-inch handguard with a free floating system for maximum accuracy and capability of holding long or short picatinny rails in 16 positions at 22.5 degree intervals. Accompanying the handguard was the patented high-rib sight system. By means of an extended picatinny rail, rib mounted to the handguard thus allowing faster target acquisition (we will soon do field testing of this system).
