TiQ: When did you first recognize the need for your services?
FNG: Early on, we encountered a number of people who liked our projects but had no idea that ceramic coating was an accessible option. Combining a personalized aesthetic with increased durability and corrosion resistance seemed like a no brainer to folks. Eventually, through word of mouth, we received more and more requests for information and pricing which then led to the transformation of a hobby into a profession. The key to keeping things going in the beginning was to establish a level of consistency for which our clients could rely upon. A little over two years later, and those same rules still apply. A happy customer is a repeat customer, and we aim to please every time.
