TiQ: Will you walk us through the process?
FNG: Hopefully by now, it isn’t any secret that our staff is committed to helping our customers every step of the way. The initial process begins with brainstorming – what colors, patterns, themes, and layers should be used. It can be an intensive process but a little thought goes a long way in the world of design. Once the details are ironed out, we take possession of the components, inventory the lot and perform an initial quality check. They are then cleaned, masked and media blasted, giving us a nice foundation to begin with. From there, the coating will be mixed, applied and oven cured using a proprietary 3 step practice we have implemented. Once complete, each piece is inspected for quality assurance and then returned to the customer. In the event that a client’s order isn’t filled same day, they can rest assured knowing that their belongings are secure in our shop under a watchful eye. In short, we’ve got your back from start to finish.
