
Another common old school trick is dehorning. This is rounding off all of the guns sharp corners and edges particularly in the front of the gun. Look how smooth the front of the slide and frame are. This makes holstering the gun a lot smoother and it just plain looks cool. I had front cocking serrations added about the time of the ejection port mods. I am a big fan of front cocking serrations on all pistols because I am an advocate of doing a press check.
