I was disappointed with how tall the Streamlight TLR-3 was. If you notice in the picture, it sits flush with the front sight post and obstructs the point of aim. I wouldn’t have order it had I realized. It was inexpensive, lightweight and compact, so I thought. To negate some of the issue, I sighted the carbine in at 7 yards (21 ft) which is roughly the length of my hallway. The weapon light’s illumination was enough to light up a dark room.
