To demonstrate, we attached the Blowout Bag to this plate carrier on top of the Molle equipped magazine pouches. The Med Kit rests in front of the magazine pouches of this TYR plate carrier but doesn’t interfere with access to the surrounding pouches. Of course it could also be mounted in the rear of the carrier but this would make things harder if you got hit and had to treat yourself. Another option would be higher on the carrier as long as it didn’t interfere with access to anything such as the magazines. In any case, when changing your gear around, it is important to try it out by running some drills during training to make sure your preferred configuration works.
